odd Files in Developer demo

Hallo !
I am working to get the demo for Developer 2000 running. The data model of the demo can be viewed by opening the odd - Files in the ORACLE_HOME\tools\devdem20\admin directory.

Which tool do I use to open those files ? Can I capture them into Designer 2000 and then view them ?

If anyone has viewed the data model of the demo by opening one of those files (not be capturing the tables into Designer and drawing a diagramm), please give me a hint.
