Forms 4.5 / Developer 2000 Reports Printing question

Quick Question regarding Forms 4.5 Reports/Developer2000

What we need to be able to do is to produce 2 reports (A Delivery Note & a Sanitization Note) where customers are having deliveries every week / 2 weeks and Sanitizations every 3 months. i.e Most of the time a customer will get a delivery note, Sometimes they may just get a Sanitization Note & sometimes they will get both.

These Notes are given to the truck drivers & they would like them to be in order of Customer. i.e If the customer has both Notes then it should be delivery Note followed by Sanitization Note rather than at the moment where both sets of notes are printed as separate runs & are then manually put together by the Driver / Office staff as mistakes are costly (e.g. If a Sani Note is attached to the wrong customer then a driver may have to go back to the correct customer to do a Sanitization of the Equipment).

So what we need to do is to produce a "Document Set" with all the Delivery Notes & Sani Notes interleaved into one Set ordered by Customer which can then be sent of to the printer as one job. The reason for this is that the Office Staff require a "Print Preview" to check that everything looks OK & is set out right etc. & want to be able to turn from page to page & then when they reckon all is OK they can hit print.
