->2. That's R30MTS-Service. The port number is assigned by the TNSNAMES.ORA. (Entry for Reports server)

->5. Look at the sourcedir=<any_dir> of your <report_server>.ora at %ORACLE_HOME%\REPORT30\SERVER so far so hurry...
