Export of Long Raws

Who could tell me how to export a table with longraws in it. The table_name is Pic_fs and there're two columns named idno and pic where idno is a number and also primary key and pic is the long raw (picture).
I'm using Personal Oracle 8. When I'm using Oracle8 Navigator for making the export of this table next message does appear: The table (MFSCDBA.TEST_FS) contains a column of type LONG or LONG RAW. This table can not be exported.
Who can help me?
