VB tabstrip control installation problem

We have a Forms 4.5 app running on Win95/98/NT clients. Many of the forms use a VB4.0 tabstrip control. In the past, we have always had to install the Custom Controls using the VB4.0 installation CD. I know that all the tabstrip uses is the comctl32.ocx pointing to the tabstrip. Does anyone know exactly what needs to be installed and what registry entries are necessary? I am trying to streamline the installation process.
