access violation error in vas.exe, when running Schema Manager

I'm using Oracle8 Client V.8.0.3.0.0 for Nt40, under Nt40 workstation with service pack 4.
The problem occurred in Schema Manager.

Hi

The problem occurred in Schema Manager.
Can anybody tell me why access violation error is occurring in vas.exe, when I'm clicking at user in "Tables" or other Schema Object? How to fix this problem?
