Urgent:FRM-10043 can't open file

I have saved my form in filesystem. when I tried to open it again i get frm-10043 can't open fiel.
I only have the .FMB which can't be opend and the .FMX which is working fine, now:
How can I recover my .FMB from the .FMX (i do not have the .FMT)
