Help with Forms- wouldn't run- just compile.

Hi,
I have Personal Oracle 7.3 and Developer/2000 tools with Forms Designer 4.5. Yesterday I ran into a problem: when I run any module, it would just say 'Module Created Successfully' (like generating) but wouldn't come up with the Form screen.
I think I didn't change anything, if anyone out there can help me out, I would appreciate it.
