I think (but suggest you check with Oracle support) that it may be
possible to reverse engineer them into Oracle Designer 2.1.1 (or later
if you have it) and the generate them out again. Certainly Oracle have
suggested that you can reverse engineer stuff from other databases into
Designer.
Of course this may mean you need to buy a license and I have no idea
what the costs are.
