net8 easy config problem with access migration assistant

Hi I installed the access migration assistant wizard on the client side using a shareware program a20wiz80.exe from OTN.Installation was successful but it didnot create a shortcut for net8 easy configuration. N8SW.EXE responsible for net8 easy config and N8A.EXE for net8 assistant are not available for me to create a shortcut manually.what should i do? without this i cannot config the connect string which means that i cannot activate the migration wizard for access. my system configuration client pc - windows 95. server - NT 4.0 with oracle8 installed.
