Please help us:
We are currently looking for a database management system, which meets the following requirements:
- Royalty free for distribution.
- Editable.
- Easily contain HTML and its content (images, links) and other document.
- Has Text search capabilities + Includes support for embedded SQL.
- The client should be able to submit SQL queries to the remote server database such as Oracle or Sybase (ODBC, JDBC, etc) and receive the results (any type of data, including Internet media) in an efficient manner proper for low bandwidth connection.
- System requirements : win95/98/NT
