help for Oracle form and Graphic

I run a join query successfully in Sqlplus, but it doesn't work in Oracle form 4.5 Master/Details relationship with the same sql, the error messange show FRM-11101. Another problem, I don't know how to put Graphic file into a liberary, so I cannot embed the graphic into form.
