You can obtain trial cd's of most Oracle products (including Personal Oracle) from Oracle themselves for a small fee ($5 in the US).

You can also download these products but Personal Oracle 8 is around 180M and will take a long time to download even at 56K.

Check out the Oracle web site at www.oracle.com

Personal Oracle installs onto your PC and is very useful for developing small applications or ideas before rolling out onto a server platform.
