How to suppress all key functions?

[Quoted] When I test my form, I find that Oracle error message will come up if I press some of the keys from keyboard. My form didn't allow user to insert or delete a record. So I want to suppress all PAGE-DN, PAGE-UP, F2 to F12 function keys. Any anyone share good experience how to control the keys? If no way, I want to display a more reasonable error message to users.
