Q: ReportWriter, Error Message REP-1439

High there,
we're trying to run 'r25run' with a specified reportfile "*rep" as a batchjob.
We call it with a cmdfile that contents:

module=/home/metro/src/batch/rep/mww/rep/mw311r01 userid=mww_010/mww_010_at_S1T
paraform=no
destype=PRINTER
desname=axt2
batch=yes
background=no
mode=default

PI_PARAM_1='03.12.1998'
PI_PARAM_2=J
PI_MODUL_ID=MW311R01
PI_BKZ=010

we get the error: "REP-1439: Cannot compile program units since this is a runtime only report."

Does anybody know what that means?
