I solved the problem, with setting nls-parameters.
When setting the NLS_LANGUAGE parameter at the client to american_america
it works fine. When you are using NLS_LANGUAGE german_germany you have to
set NLS_NUMERIC_CHARACTERS to ´.,´ .
Oracle support told me that the problem is a bug in the used
Developer/2000 version.
