Hi Paul

while you transfering exp file from HP box to NT box make sure that ftp mode is binary.

on NT box make sure you have created all your users and roles; also check the import option of ignore=Y

easiest thing to do is drop all users
create users , grant some roles and privileges to all users like create session or connect
then import again..
