Problems with bubble help & hint.pll Forms 4.5

We have running a Forms 4.5 (Forms Designer and Runtime 4.5.7.1.7) application with bubble help and it works fine as yet.

Now we got a new Forms 4.5 application, which needs two patches and so the Forms Runtime (4.5.7.15.6), Gui Common Files (2.3.6.27.0) and Tools Utilities (2.1.10.7.0O) was upgraded to a higher version (see brackets). As a result of this, the bubble help of the first application doesn't work and an error occurres (6502-ORA-06502 PL/SQL : numeric or value-error) when the cursor is moving over a button.

I already upgraded the Forms Designer to version 4.5.7.15.6 and generated all *.fmb-Files to new *.fmx-Files, but it doesn't work.

Can anybody help me ?
