Report's size - Problems, Problems

Hi everybody!
I work with Reports 2.5 and i have a very serious trouble. I change size of report (from Forms 4.5, that user could control one ) but i have a big problem with fields exist at the end of the page (for example summeries for the page), because they disapear , are cut or apear in the same place (if they are create in margin region). HOW should i design the report that its size could be changed and this columns apear EVERY TIME and at the END of the page, independent on report's size.
If anyone has had the same trouble or knows solution please HELP ME!!!!!!!
