Problems with Developer 20000 2.1

Schema=Marte) and all reports work using the runtime connected with the same Oracle server of the
compilation. But using the Runtime connected with other Oracle Servers (the same configuration
of before but with different SIDS) they don't work: there aren't any Oracle errors
but the actions of the background server report give this error message:

If we compile again the reports with another Oracle server they work with
