I have been getting a lot of Dr. Watson errors when using Reports 3.0. It appears after I modified a report and tried to open a template. It appears when I am modifying a template. It appears when I tried to call a report with parameters from Forms 5.0. It appears in more situations than I can recall!!

I checked my resource usage level and it was not near the maximum level! I have 128 meg RAM on my Dell Desk top Pentium 233.
I am using NT 4.0 service pack 3. Anyone experiencing Dr. Watson errors? Anyone trying to modify template? Anyone using Forms to call Reports?
