CDI-20125 error in Entity Relationship Diagrammer

Hi
When I try to create a new entity or resize an existing entity in the Entity Relationship Diagrammer in Designer/2000, I get an error CDI-20125 "Entity is outside of allowed diagram boundary".
I can't find any documentation for the CDI-20125 error or for diagram boundaries.
