Jar files on the clietn

Downloading the f50web.jar/f50all.jar at the client while accessing the developer forms is too slow. Is there a method that i keep these jar files at the client and they should be invoked from the local hard disk so that the developer forms can process fast. if its possible then what should i have to do?
