Version - Designer 1.3.2 ==> Designer 2.1/ Dev. 1.3.2 => 2.1

We are currently working on designer 1.3.2 with headstart and Developer also v 1.3.2. - Oracle 7.3.2

Some of our applications are running on Alpha/VMS character mode - they are not modify by designer. But opgraded from 3.0 to 4.5 charater mode.

We are planning to use designer 2.1/developer 2.1 and Oracle 8.05.

But know come the questions

Have any one tried to upgade designer 1.3.2 with use of Headstart to designer 2.1??

Have any one tried to upgade developer 1.3.2 => 2.1 charcater mode??

Can you keep the old applications in v. 1.3.2 and only use 2.1 for new applikation - develope it on the same pc??

How about runtime 2 different version?

I would appreciate if anyone will reply!
