Problem with OEM Intelligent Agent

Hi everybody,
When I discover services in OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager) I get the following error :
VOD-00542 Failed to get the agent information for node name. Cause: The agent failed to return the file dbsnmp.ver Action: Check the existence and permission of files.
Of course I checked the file existence and permission and it's ok. The agent is running on Windows NT. If anyone has an idea for a solution....
