Personal Oracle 8.0.3 & Win98

Has anybody tested PO8.0.3 on Win98 ?
I tried and i think that they are not compatible
The Listener cannot start.
TNSping the same and SQL*Plus the same problem.

The database can start though !!

All of them give me the same GPF when i try to run them (The program has performed an ilegel operation and will be shut down...)

Anybody knows more about that??
