Icons for Iconic Toolbar (Motif)

I want to create a Horizontal Toolbar Canvas and utilise the icons that are shipped with the windows version of Develeper 2000 (ie execute.ico,save.ico,listval.ico). My problem is that we are running a Motif version of Forms
4.5.6.1.0 and I cant find these icons anywhere on the file system. Is it that they are not available under Motif ?
