Can I minimise a FORMS4.5 window when a long procedure is running ?

Say I have a form which goes away and runs a server procedure, which takes say 20 mins to run.
My problem is that the whole window/screen/form freezes up until the server procedure is completed.

Could I get focus back on the main windows minimise,maximise,close buttons at the top right hand corner of the window.
Any theories ?
