PL/SQL code to launch Netscape from Forms 5.0

Before I start to reinvent the wheel and dive into Netscape"s DDE documentation for Navigator I figured I"d ask if anzone would be willing to share some code that shows how to invoke Netscape Navigator from a Oracle Forms application via DDE.
