Hi Lisa,

We had the same project over here, converting a Forms 3.0 application to Forms 4.5. There are 2 ways to develop new forms :

  • Try to use Designer/2000 together with an character based template This is the way we want to do it. Currently we are trying to develop a Character based template .
    • Still use Forms 3.0 to develop the forms and than convert it. I know this is not the desired way, but character based forms are developed the best in a character based development tool.
