forms and reports problem across different Oracle version

Currently, we are developing some product using developer2000 2.1 over Oracle7.3.2. But the production is supposed to run on Oracle7.3.4. Does anyone know if there is any problem related to this case, i.e. some form/report works fine in Oracle7.3.2 but has problem on Oracle7.3.4? If yes, any patch available to avoid/fix it? Thank you for your help.
