F45run error? HELP!!!

When we run forms we get an error "F45run error". It only happens when you open the first form of the day, after I click ingnore several times the error goes away. Has anyone else experenced this??? Specs:
Oracle 7
Sun Server
Novell lans and wans
Win95 workstations.
