OLE2 questions

I work with Forms 4.5 and Microsoft Word 97

There are a number of VBA commands that I cannot 'translate' to OLE2 commands.

These are :
[Quoted] ActiveDocument.Bookmarks("TEST").Delete
Selection.Tables(1).Select

The problem is ("TEST") and (1)

Any suggestions ?
