Can't find BLOB datatypes. Help !

Please help with datatypes. Thank you in advance.
Environment: Windows NT 4.x Server; Oracle 8.0.3
Oracle 8.0.3 docs talks about new datatypes like BLOB. While in NT's Oracle Enterprise Manager don't have such datatype. Are the new ver8 datatypes not found in NT version?
