Client S/W Question

I am installing PeopleSoft at my site. PeopleSoft requires that the Oracle client software (Net8 or Net80) be installed if the workstations need to connect directly to the database in two-tier mode.

I have 150+ client workstations. I do not want to install the client on every one.

With SQL*Net v2, it was easy to set up to run from a network server. I cannot determine how to do this with Net8. Has anyone done this? How?
