Reports 3.0 OCX and reports stored on the database

I would like to be able to run a report I have stored on the database (through the Oracle Reports Designer) using an OCX embedded in a VB application. I am able to run reports stored in the file system through this OCX, and able to run the reports stored in the database through the designer.

The ReportName property appears to only cater for file system values.
