Teijo,
Yes, UCC uses the RPT*Converter from Kumaran. You can't buy this tool, you must send the RPT's to UCC. They do the conversion for you.

Another tool is the RPT to PL/SQL converter from EMIS. Info can be found at www.emis.co.uk/new/products/products.htm
