Oracle Financials: ZOOM ?

After defining the zoom in 10nca the zoom does not work, neither does the zoom lamp. We put in a V-2 style trigger with zoom code (#FND ZOOM LEVEL="GENERIC" APPS="PO" ZOOM="PO..form:")and again nothing works. We are trying to avoid call_form and the like. Any suggestions?
