Any Designer 2000 sites in Boston area?

I'm working for a state agency in Massachusetts, and we're trying to use Designer 2000 to do some application development work. We're running into a lot of problems with D2K, particularly in its apparent limitations and lack of flexibility. Is there anyone in the Boston area who works for a company/agency currently using D2K? If so, please contact me. I would like to know how D2K has performed for you. Thanks.
