Export/import is the only sensible way. If space is a problem, I would export to tape on a unix system, I don't know how I would do that on NT though. Recreate your schema with reasonable extents for all tables & indexes, then import with ignore=yes.

"Oracle7 Server Tuning" is good enough to start with, so RTFM, I guess.
