Memory leak when SQLFetch returns SQL_NO_DATA?

Has anyone encountered situations where calling SQLFetch, and SQL_NO_DATA is returned causes memory to be leaked by the Oracle software? If so, is there a workaround?

My setup consists of ODBC 3.5 driver manager, Oracle 8 ODBC driver 8.4.4.0, talking to an Oracle 8 database.

Thanks.
