Hi Albert,
We have used ADO 2.0/ODBC/SQL*Net to access Oracle 7.3x and have only discovered one problem. Randomly error messages from Oracle are truncated by the ODBC driver (the one included in NT 4.0 Option Pack). Othervise it works just fine. We have used it from Java and ASP.
