Wierd... in theory, Project Builder is completely
"generic", i.e. it doesn't have any special knowledge
about Oracle modules that isn't visible in the type
definitions. Check the Compile command line and the
dependencies definition very carefully to ensure that
the OGR depends on the OGD, and verify that the time
stamps are getting updated. (One way to check that
the dependencies are correct is to add an OGD to the
project and verify that an OGR is automatically added).
