connection with Oracle8 using microsoft networking

I have a Personal Oracle8 database running on a 95-platform On another 95PC I want to connect to the database using net8-client. I suppose I'll have to do it with the easy config for NET8client. How can I make this connection on a Microsoft Network. ?
