Extract Engine

Gentlemen:

        We have the following requirements for a software package, it should

        Be able to generate data files from an Oracle Database.
       These data files can be of different formats, such as HTML, CSV,
Text, DBF, XLS….
        Have the capability to filter source data. (Oracle Data)
        Have a GUI.
        Have scripting/macro capability.
       Able to generate all of this datafiles adhoc.
       Able to schedule the generation of all of these datafiles in a
production environment, hands off.
       Easy to use.
       Easy to learn.
       Easy to support.
       Easy to maintain.
       Enterprise robust.

    In another words something like Microsoft Access, only more robust, being able to handle larger amounts of data.

    Any suggestions will be appreciated.
