Re: Developer/2000 R2.1 can't connect

A solution to my problem has been found. The answer was sent to me by Richard Platt. He pointed out that perhaps I had a conflict between SQL Net and Net8. Indeed, that did appear to be the case. It seem as those the "standard" tools are going over Net8, but Developer/2000 needs to have SQL Net configured. Once I added the configuration information for SQL Net using SQL Net Easy Config, I was able to connect with no trouble whatsoever.
