Forms 4.5 Documenter Tool

Does anyone know of a software tool that documents a SQL*Form in version 4.5? In the DOS days of SQL*Forms 2.3 there was just such a tool, HOMER, that laid out a nice report. It had a Blocks, Fields and Triggers section. There is a product for Power Builder called PowerDocs which produces an MS Word document with a table-of-contents. Surely, some enterprising programmer/company has written one for Forms.
