Forms 4.5 Documentation Tool

Does anyone know of a software tool which documents the contents of an Oracle Form in version 4.5? In the DOS days of SQL*Forms 2.3 there was a great program, HOMER, which produced a detailed report. It laid out the structure of the form in a Blocks, Fields and Triggers section. Power Builder has just such a 3rd party tool called PowerDocs. It produces a MS Word document that starts with a table-of-contents. Surely some enterprising programmer/company has created one for SQL*Forms.
