Well, for one you don't have stored PL/SQL procedures/packages I know you can create them using java
roles are gone
some functions don't work with forms
connect by start with must be start with connect by and doesn't work with forms
multi column indexes don't work with updates (bug) Otherwise forms5 works out of the box ok
