Designer 2K - Headers and Footers on Diagram

The database I am working with is classified. Not only the data, but the elements as well. I'd like to be able to have headers and/or footers on the diagram that stated the classification level. Is there a way to add text in the form of headers to the diagram? The summary box is not adequate.
